Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Moka Moments ("we", "us", "our") to clients ("you", "your") in connection with wedding photography and videography. By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.

Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and the agreed deposit. We cannot hold a date without both. Submitting the consultation form does not constitute a booking.
We accept a limited number of weddings per year. Once a date is confirmed, we will not take on another booking for the same date.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit (as specified in your contract) is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
By the client: Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 60 days of the wedding date, the full contracted amount is due. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate the new date subject to availability; additional fees may apply.
By Moka Moments: In the unlikely event we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency), we will provide a full refund of all payments made and assist in finding a suitable replacement photographer/videographer.
Delivery of Work
Edited photographs and/or the final wedding film will be delivered within the timeframe specified in your contract. Typical delivery times are:
- Edited photographs: 4–6 weeks after the wedding date
- Wedding film (highlight reel): 6–10 weeks after the wedding date
- Full-length film: 10–16 weeks after the wedding date
Delivery timelines may vary during peak season. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Usage Rights & Copyright
All photographs and video content created by Moka Moments remain our intellectual property. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use the delivered content for personal, non-commercial purposes — including printing, sharing with family, and posting on personal social media.
You may not sell, license, or use the content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to use images and footage from your wedding for our portfolio, website, social media, and promotional materials. If you prefer your wedding remain private, please notify us in writing before the wedding date and we will honor that request.
On the Day
We will make every effort to capture the moments and shots agreed upon. However, we cannot guarantee specific photographs or video sequences, as weddings are live events subject to unpredictable circumstances (lighting, weather, scheduling changes, access restrictions).
Please ensure we have access to the venue and that key moments are communicated to us in advance. We are not responsible for missed moments due to restricted access, late starts, or lack of prior coordination.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid under the contract. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. In the event of equipment failure or unforeseen technical issues, we will make every effort to recover or recreate the affected content.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India and the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka. Any disputes will be resolved under the applicable laws of India.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking contract will apply to your engagement with us.
